Email the monitored Commonities support and privacy contact at info@commonities.com.

Do not include passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.

Private in-app support

Signed-in users can open Profile → Trust & help → Commonities support and start a private conversation. The conversation is available only to the requester and authorised Commonities platform staff. Campus reviewers cannot access platform-support conversations.

Safety and account deletion

Use the in-app report and block actions for content or user-safety concerns. Commonities is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services or your institution for an urgent threat.

You can delete your account in Profile → Account & Privacy → Delete account, or start from the web deletion page.
